Everyone is ALWAYS wonderful, in this office. The Doc is caring and so gentle.... Never rushed me during treatment. There have been a few times I've had teeth that were on the verge of needing a root canal, and he saved them. My entire family has gone here for many years and my kids have zero fear to go see him. I will recommend them all day long!

This is the best dentist you will find. I drive almost 30 miles just to see Dr. Franceschi.

Had not visited a dentist in over ten years. Went to see Dr. Franceschi for a broken molar after a major root canal. He cleaned my teeth in an effective and painless manner. Remember 10 years not seeing a dentist. I have a new crown that fits perfectly and feels great. Dr. Franceschi and the clinic staff are the best dental group I have ever visited, I am now a regular patient and no more ten year gaps in in dental hygiene as I have a dental clinic that is great to work with.

I recently was at Smiles of Trinity. I have been going for years. This time, I had deep cleaning done which goes down to the bone since I have periodontal issues. Dr. Franceschi is a Wonderful dentist. He was very gentle and it was over quickly. He has done a crown in the past and he tells you exactly what he is doing. He takes great pride in his work and it is to perfection. I highly recommend Smiles of Trinity, Dr. Franceschi and great staff. You will be pleased. I am picky about dentists. He has been my dentist since I moved here in 2012. I will not go elsewhere.

This place is amazing. I have been to many dentists in major markets like NYC, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Boston, etc., and had some major procedures done. I thought I knew a lot about my condition and what to expect from a dentist to manage it. Boy, was I wrong; there is a notable difference in his knowledge from what I have experienced with previous providers. I have never received the level of expertise or care that I have received at Dr. Franceschi's office. He completely blew my expectations out of the water, explained my condition in further detail, and created a management program that exceeded what I had previously undergone. I wish I had found him much sooner in my life. He and his staff are incredibly kind, courteous, and accommodating. From reception (whom I love) to the hygenist (who is awesome) and everything in between, my experiences have always been excellent. I find that Dr. Franceschi's bedside manner is second to none. He is always friendly, caring, thorough, and genuine. He does a great job of reducing the anxiety most of us feel when visiting a dentist. My experience was so positive (I'm very critical) that my wife switched providers too because she knows I am very discerning. Recently, we switched our two boys to his practice as well. One of my sons is REALLY difficult, like abnormally difficult, when it comes to the dentist. Honestly speaking, if I were him, I would've thrown my son out of there with his behavior. Not Dr. Franceschi, he remained patient, took it in stride; he tried his best to calm him down so he could get some important work done. I commend him on his patience and commitment to helping. My wife and I appreciate his service very much. Regarding the few negative reviews I have seen, I'm glad I ignored them. Perhaps those reviewers' experiences were based on their interactions with old staff members. I encourage others reading them to consider doing the same, or you will miss out on excellent dentistry care and mounds of experience. Thank you, Dr. Franceschi and staff. Very professional and EXCELLENT dentistry. My husband, our twin 17 year old boys and I have been patients for 6 years. I recently had some cosmetic crowns and work done- painless. The staff is sweet but professional, the Doc is a perfectionist (what you want in a Dentist). I would give the staff a 6 star review if I could. I trust them with my children AND my husband.

I rarely pen reviews but I have been going to Smiles of Trinity for 10+ years now, I am one of those that actually enjoy and look forward to going there, I feel they have my best dental treatment and health in mind when Dr. F consults with me and often I turn down work suggested to me and I get little resistance if I do so which I appreciate more than he knows, I really don't like having procedures done anywhere but if I really have to have work done then Dr F will be the one I use as he has an extremely nice demeanor, is precise and thorough in his explanations i probably drive him crazy at times but I can 100% say you will not find a nicer man to work on you and the staff are also wonderful, you will not go wrong with Dr F, polite, courteous, professional , fair and knowledgeable, i recommend them unreservedly. I have been a patient of Smiles of Trinity for the last several years. I have always been treated as family. Smiles of Trinity goes out of their way to help with scheduling appointments which is greatly appreciated as a family person. They have always worked with me on priority of need and cost.

Dr. Franceschi is absolutely amazing. Did such great work on my teeth and continues every visit. The staff are all so sweet. And I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 stars for sure.

While I don't think anyone likes going to the dentist, we can honestly say that our experience with Smiles of Trinity has always been a positive one.....Dr Franceschi and his staff are great....He is honest, personable and extremely intelligent and takes the time to actually talk to his patients. We've always felt that he takes too much time....but at the same time, he treats us like "family"......His assistants and front office staff are very much like Dr Franceschi.....they too are personable, knowledgeable and will do whatever they can to make the experience a good one....We highly recommend Smiles of Trinity if you want excellent, quality care by a doctor and staff that truly do care about your dental health! After avoiding the dentist for a few years, I finally did my research and stumbled upon Smiles of Trinity. The office staff is always kind and helpful, and Dr. Franceschi really took the time to explain what was needed to get my teeth in top shape! I had a few fillings, and throughout the whole process the staff was extremely kind and accommodating as I was nervous! Dr. Franceschi is a perfectionist and I could not be happier with the work completed.
